About the brand

A Sarajevo skincare brand sourced through 160+ Souss-Massa cooperatives.

AZOURANE launched in December 2024 with one product: 100% Moroccan argan oil. Three production batches sold out before we opened our store at SCC Sarajevo in October 2025, where we expanded with four cold-process soaps, the face duo, and a hair mask. June 2026 brings eight new SKUs and an ARGAN restock. Everything is made in Morocco and sold in Bosnia. We source through our founder's family network in southwest Morocco, not through commercial intermediaries.

The line

Sixteen products, all sourced through the same network.

Every product below is built around an AZOURANE-sourced Moroccan ingredient. Click any row for the full INCI and how-to-use notes.

How the line fits together

Four routines. Each product has a clear job inside its routine.

The line is organised into a face routine, a hair routine, a body routine, and a heritage shelf. Inside each routine, every product does work that the next step cannot do for it.

The face routine
  1. AMAANcleans without stripping the barrier
  2. AFOULKIholds the moisture in
  3. ARGANseals and finishes

Most dry skin is a barrier problem, not a hydration problem. The moisturizer cannot fix what the cleanser keeps damaging, which is why the order of these three matters.

The hair routine
  1. IHLAsulfate-free scalp cleanse
  2. LHRIRdaily softness, where the oils belong
  3. TAWENZAweekly reset for tired hair

Argan in shampoo gets rinsed off in 30 seconds. We put it in the conditioner and the mask, where it has time to do its job.

The body routine
  1. ALJIGorange blossom shower wash
  2. ANUlightweight body milk
  3. TAFUKTweekly coffee body polish

Orange blossom carries the daily body line. TAFUKT is the weekly polish that customers come back for the second time without being told.

The heritage shelf
  1. TIFAWTblue Nila face mask
  2. AZGGAGHAker Fassi lip + cheek balm
  3. TIFAWIN · TISLIT · TAYRIthree heritage soaps

These are the shelf-talking products. No other Bosnian retailer carries Nila or Aker Fassi. Strong on impulse purchases and gifting.

Our two product lines

We run two parallel lines, anchored in the same sourcing network.

Both lines pull from our Souss-Massa raw-ingredient network. Each line is built for a different customer on your shelf.

The single-ingredient line

One INCI on the label, lab-proven Souss-Massa quality, nothing else added.

This is the line our long-term focus is on. ARGAN buyers come back asking what else Morocco can do at this purity level, and the single-ingredient line is built to answer them. We expand carefully, only adding new ingredients the Souss-Massa cooperatives can deliver at world-class quality.

Today · ARGAN 30 ml · SANOUJ Black Seed Oil 50 ml

End of 2026 · Prickly Pear Oil · Sidr Powder · Nila Powder · more of what Morocco grows best

The formulated line

Daily-routine products that introduce mainstream Bosnian buyers to Moroccan ingredients.

Face cleanser, face cream, hair mask, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, mask, scrub, lip and cheek balm, lash serum. Every formula competes with what is already on shelf in its category, while pulling the average buyer toward one of our hero Moroccan ingredients and proving its effectiveness in a familiar format.

No silicones in any product · No parabens · Mostly sulfate-free · EU-compliant

What we source

The Moroccan ingredients that make AZOURANE what it is.

These ingredients run through the full line. They are why our argan oil costs what it costs and why customers come back for what we make next.

Argan kernels and a glass dish of golden cold-pressed argan oil on travertine

Souss-Massa · UNESCO 2014

Argan oil

From the kernels of the argan tree, which grows almost nowhere else on earth at commercial scale. Cold-pressed for vitamin E and the linoleic and oleic acids that do the work on skin and hair. Multi-use across face, hair, body, scalp, cuticles, and nails.

In: ARGAN, AFOULKI, TAWENZA, LHRIR, ANU, TAFUKT

Whole aloe vera leaf on travertine, blue sky behind

North African aloe · gel-pressed

Aloe vera

The hydrating gel inside the aloe leaf. We use it where it carries the most weight: in the daily face cleanser, where it lets the formula clean without leaving the skin tight or stripped.

In: AMAAN face cleanser · IHLA shampoo

Prickly pear cactus paddles and cut fruit revealing magenta flesh

Anti-Atlas · cold-press

Prickly pear seed oil

From seeds inside the prickly pear fruit. Roughly eight times the vitamin E of argan. Globally sold at around €100 per 30 ml because the yield ratio is brutal: one ton of fruit produces about one litre of oil.

In: AFOULKI, TIFAWT, ANU

Black seeds and nigella sativa flowers around a SANOUJ dropper bottle

Nigella sativa · cold-press

Black seed oil

Traditional use across North Africa and the Middle East. Active compound thymoquinone, with documented anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Used on hair, scalp, and skin.

In: SANOUJ single-ingredient oil

Blue Nila indigo powder swirl in a ceramic bowl

Indigofera · plant-derived

Nila indigo

Plant-derived blue powder, introduced to Morocco from India centuries ago via trans-Saharan trade. Calming and pore-clearing in face masks. Not a clay, despite the "blue clay" framing some Moroccan beauty sites use.

In: TIFAWT · BiH-exclusive face mask

Crimson Aker Fassi pigment from dried red poppy petals

Fes tradition · poppy petals

Aker Fassi

Traditional Moroccan plant pigment made from dried red poppy petals (Papaver Rhoeas) and pomegranate bark. Buildable red stain for lips and cheeks. Almost unknown outside North Africa.

In: TISLIT soap · AZGGAGH lip + cheek balm

Orange blossom branches and citrus fruit

Souss valley · bitter orange

Orange blossom water

Distilled from bitter-orange flowers grown in Souss valley orchards. The Moroccan body-line carrier across two SKUs, plus a quiet support in many formulated products.

In: ALJIG body wash · ANU body lotion

Where AZOURANE sits on your shelf

We fit into four of your existing shelf categories.

FRISA already covers hair, men's grooming, manicure and pedicure, hair removal, face and body, lashes and makeup, salon equipment, hygiene, and devices. AZOURANE adds a heritage Moroccan rail to four of those categories, alongside the brands you already carry rather than against them.

NJEGA LICA I TIJELA Face & body care
7

ARGAN · AFOULKI · AMAAN · SANOUJ · TIFAWT · ALJIG · ANU

There is no heritage single-ingredient line on this shelf in Bosnia today. AZOURANE fills that gap end to end.

NJEGA KOSE Hair care
3

TAWENZA · IHLA · LHRIR

Olaplex, Subrina, and Roqvel hold their slots. AZOURANE adds the natural-Moroccan rail in argan, marshmallow root, and avocado silk.

TREPAVICE I ŠMINKA Lashes & makeup
2

AZGGAGH · ANNAY

Both are BiH-exclusive. AZGGAGH brings Aker Fassi tradition to a Bosnian shelf for the first time. ANNAY is a daily jojoba and marine collagen lash and brow serum.

SAPUNI · HERITAGE Cold-process bars
3

TIFAWIN · TISLIT · TAYRI

Three single-purpose bars: prickly pear exfoliation, Aker Fassi honey glow, soothing goat milk. All fragrance-free and gentle enough for infant skin.
